RETURN & REFUND POLICY TERMS

Overview

1.) Cancel before Installation – If the goods have not been used in any way, have not been mounted on a rim or have not been driven on, have the packaging materials still attached, and are in the same good condition as when they were received by the installer or customer, the customer has the right to cancel the contract, return the goods, and receive a full refund (or full credit if the goods have not been paid for).
There will be no charge from the customer for an early cancellation in which the products have not yet left the warehouse. If not, the customer will be liable for the costs of returning the goods and will hold drifttyre.com harmless from any claims for such expenses. Drift Tyres is entitled to make charges.

2.) Refunds – If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Policy for Services

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all services purchased from our website. If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason, you can cancel the service and receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the service must not have been started. If the service has already started, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of your purchase. We will then arrange for the service to be cancelled and a refund will be issued to you.

Here are some additional terms and conditions that apply to both tyre and service refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for tyres or services that have been damaged or lost.
  • For products purchased in the UAE, a 5% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

GCC countries:

  • The 30-day money-back guarantee starts from the date of delivery.
  • You will need to provide us with the original order number and proof of purchase to request a refund.
  • We will not be able to issue a refund if the product has been used or damaged.
  • We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the product back.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For products purchased in Saudi Arabia, a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@drifttyre.com and send your vehicle or item to 123 Baghdad Street Al Qusais 2 Dubai.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 123 Baghdad Street Al Qusais 2 Dubai.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
