Although these past few months have been challenging for all of us, we have a renewed and even greater appreciation for the relationships we have with you.
We continue to monitor COVID-19 developments and adapt our protocols and business strategies accordingly. Whether we have resumed visiting you in person or remain socially distant for your safety and ours, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you. Your passion for taking care of your customers and your local communities is inspiring.
As we work together to ensure consumers get the tires they need, when they need them, our drifttyre Logistics Centers (TLCs) continue to adapt safety protocols, hours of operation and delivery cadence to meet your needs. We are also implementing new technologies to help you serve customers more effectively and efficiently. In the months ahead, we hope our new online payment system, drifttyre QuickPay, and our new delivery notification process make it easier to do business with us.
